My computer isn't your typical every day computer. I custom built my PC specifically to edit 4K video smoothly and efficiently. Can it play video games on Ultra settings as well? You bet. So when I started having problems with my programs crashing on me, I was very frustrated. I didn't spend a ton of money, time, and energy building a PC just to have it not function the way it was intended to. I troubleshooted everything I could find online about what was causing my problems, but every single thing I did wouldn't fix the issues. Ultimately, I knew that I had to bring my PC into someone or somewhere who knew more than me. My first instinct was to bring it to MicroCenter, but I needed a decently quick turnaround and I didn't want to wait days and days while my computer sat in a queue of 10+ other computers until they got to it.
